Honest FAQ

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, self-serve, in two clicks: "Manage subscription" in the app opens Stripe's billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and you keep Pro through the period you paid for. No emails, no phone calls, no retention flows.
Is there a refund policy?
Annual plans have a 14-day no-questions refund. Monthly plans just cancel — you keep access through the paid month.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Nothing. Your numbers live in your browser (and your synced profile if you have an account). Canceling Pro only re-locks the Pro tools; every number you entered stays yours, and you can export everything as JSON anytime.
What does "founding member pricing" mean?
The $3.50/month and $30/year prices are locked in for as long as your subscription stays active, even when list prices rise for new subscribers later.
Do you sell my data or show ads?
No and no. Tuesday is local-first, has no ads, no third-party trackers, and the business model is the subscription you can see. Read the privacy policy for the full story.
Is Tuesday financial advice?
No. Tuesday is an educational tool: audited, tested math applied to numbers you enter. It never gives personalized recommendations and no advisor relationship is created. For decisions with real stakes, consider a fee-only fiduciary advisor or CPA.
Does it work outside the US?
Tuesday is US-focused today: IRS limits, US federal tax brackets, Social Security, HSA rules. The generic tools (budget, debts, Monte Carlo) work anywhere, but the tax-aware tools assume the US system.
