Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-07-12 · Tuesday

These terms govern your use of Tuesday (tuesday.money). Using the site means you accept them. (Tuesday previously operated as FinFire; these terms apply to the renamed service.)

Tuesday is an educational tool — not advice

Tuesday provides educational calculations and general information, not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Every projection is generic math applied to numbers you enter, built on stated assumptions (historical average returns, current IRS limits and brackets, simplified tax treatment). No fiduciary, advisory, or professional relationship is created by using Tuesday. Markets are volatile, tax law changes, and your situation has details no calculator sees — before acting on anything significant, consider consulting a qualified professional (a fee-only fiduciary advisor, a CPA, or an attorney, as appropriate).

No warranties

Tuesday is provided "as is." We work hard on correctness — the calculation engine is unit-tested and its tax figures carry a dated tax year — but we do not warrant that any calculation is error-free or fits your circumstances. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made or actions taken based on Tuesday's output, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Your account and data

The free tier works without an account. An account (for sync) requires a valid email. You are responsible for activity under your account. Your numbers remain yours; see the Privacy Policy for how they are handled and how to delete them.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data. Don't resell or misrepresent Tuesday's output as personalized professional advice.

US focus

Tuesday's tax-aware tools assume the United States system (IRS limits, federal brackets, Social Security, HSA rules) and US dollars. The generic tools work anywhere, but projections involving taxes are US-specific.

Changes

We may update these terms or the service itself; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continuing to use Tuesday after a change means you accept the updated terms.
